A gift piece for my little brother actually....^____^ This is one of his original characters...Ezekiel Harrison a.k.a. Talon...he's basically a Steampunk vigilante. Think Alan Quatermaine meets Batman and The Punisher! XD
But he's been asking me to try and draw something for a while...so, I got bored and finally did this...

the description makes my mind generate a vision of a steam powered "BatMobile" instead of a jet turbine sticking out the back is a paddle boat style smoke stack sticking up.
